STILLWATERS CHALETS are centrally located on the Kenai Peninsula within minutes of Soldotna's restaurants and shopping centers. The famous Kenai River, home to the world's largest King Salmon, is only blocks away. Whatever your interest may be - fishing, canoeing, clam-digging, hiking, golfing, biking, river rafting, photography or more, we offer easy access to all these activities. A short scenic drive south to Homer reveals the beautiful Kachemak Bay with its backdrop of picturesque mountains and glaciers. Quaint shops and fishing charter cabins dot the Homer Spit where World Class Halibut are brought in daily. A one hour drive east to Seward will open doors to the spectacular Resurrection Bay and its fantastic Fjords and waterfront restaurants.
TO FIND US, Stillwaters Chalets is located within the Soldotna City Limits at mile 92.7 on the Sterling Highway. If traveling from Anchorage, watch for the large Mackey Lake Road sign after entering Soldotna City Limits. We are located directly across from Mackey Lake Road and the WELCOME TO SOLDOTNA sign. Look for our sign or call 907-252-4991 for directions.
